Market Shift
Since last summer we have witnessed a pattern that has developed in the homes ranging from 500 to 750K. These clients at this level of project are wanting and willing to upgrade their millwork details 20 to 40%. The homeowner’s are seeing value in these upgrades, it seems that these upgrades set them apart.

The concept of value is in the eyes of the beholder. But the look and feel of a home is always of great importance to an owner. Builders are also using this concept on spec homes and models, having success over the competition in their respected areas.
