Initial Meeting -
Bring your print and your wish list. Have a feel for the architectural style by means of pictures and or descriptions. Capturing your thoughts and ideas is the goal and it may take more than one meeting.
Scope of work -
Time allowances, scope of project, design solutions and preliminary budgets are the next set of items to be discussed. This common document is known as the scope of work document. With yourself, us, and the primary precipitants of your building process this can be developed.
Design meeting to production -
The next steps depend upon the scope of work. Our goal is to connect design with dollars. Making you the client aware of what you are going to get into before we get started . After these items are agreed upon production can begin. The level of our involvement is totally up to you the client.
